One great way to keep your pantry organized and ON TRACK is to take BEFORE and AFTER pictures.  This way you are clear as to how you like it and how you don't.  I know many of you feel that this is a silly way of documenting your Pantry, but I can't tell you how much this has helped my clients.  These pictures become your personal road map to health.  It's hard to stay on a healthy track when you have expired and unhealthy food staples lurking in the background.  Take pride in your Pantry, Refrigerator, and even your Freezer.  Remember....They feed you and your family and can keep you energized and lean!
