Here's what you'll need
1 Cup Water
1 T Spirulina
Handful of Blueberries
2 T Pre-soaked Goji Berries
1/2 Cup Kale
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1 t Maca
Blended up until smooth – I recommend a Vitamix for the ultimate smoothieness without overheating your smoothie. If you want to add in some protein try Infinity Greens – It has no distinctive taste and will add in tons of nutrients without disrupting the taste.
