Here’s a Breakfast that will give you a good amount of quality protein, fats, and carbs for sustained energy and endurance throughout your day!

Make a big batch and store in an airtight jar for up to a month

Here's what you'll need

Oats

Walnuts Sliced almonds Dried mulberries Goji berries Coconut Flakes Cinnamon

Make it

Mix in a big bowl and serve with nut milk. Get creative – you can mix just about any dried ingredient, there is rolled barley, rolled rye, raisins, etc.
