Immune Booster Smoothie

It's time to boost up our immunity and nourish our bodies from the inside out. Here is a quick smoothie that packs in the nutrition in a tasty treat, Enjoy!

Here's what you'll need

1 Cup Water

2 Large Leaves without Stalks – Collard Greens

1 t Fresh Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup Pineapple

1/4 Cup Mango

1/2 Banana

1/4 Cup Cucumber

1 t Ginger

1 scoop of Raw Plant Based Protein Powder They have several great flavors but for this recipe I like the unflavored or the vanilla for this recipe.

Make it

Blended up until smooth – I recommend a #Vitamix for the ultimate smoothieness without overheating your smoothie.
