Here's what you'll need

1 Fresh Pear (if you freeze it first, it will give you the ultimate smoothieness!) 1 Cup Water 1 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds 2 Round Teaspoons of Infinity Greens 1 Round Teaspoon Raw Unfiltered Honey 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed Oil

Make it

Blend (keep in mind that with a traditional blender there may be a bit of grittiness and with a Vitamix you will get a much smoother consistency)
