Here is a great way to enhance nutrition without changing too much of the flavor. This mix is great in smoothies, salads, or anything else that needs a bit more protein.
Ideally all nuts and seeds should be raw and sprouted, but at the very least make sure they are raw
Here's what you'll need
Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds Sprouted Sunflower Seeds Hemp Seeds Chia Seeds Cashews Almonds Walnuts
Take and pulverize them in a Vitamix, food processor, or coffee grinder. Blend them to a medium to fine powder and then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
