Here's what you'll need
1 Cup White Kidney Beans (Cannellini Beans) 1 t Fresh Lemon Juice 3 T Olive Oil 1 Clove of Garlic 1 T Hemp Seeds 1 t Chopped Fresh Oregano Pinch of salt
Blend the garlic and hemp seeds in a Vitamix or blender first and then add in all of the additional ingredients. Blend until smooth – add water or olive oil if needed for smoothness
