An ideal snack at any age incorporates a fruit or vegetable with a good quality protein. This combination can keep you feeling fuller longer and can keep your little ones more attentive. Cut pieces of Celery into two inch pieces.
In a bowl combine your favorite Raw Nut Butters (almond, cashew, pecan, etc.) with my Nut Mix
Fill the Celery crevasse with your Nut Butter Mix
Then top them with a row of your favorite Organic Dried or Fresh Berries (raisins, mulberries, golden berries, goji berries, blue berries, etc.)
