Here's what you'll need
1 Cup Chia Seeds 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao Powder 2 Tablespoons Pureed Dates 1 Tablespoon Honey
Mix all of the ingredients and place in the refrigerator to cool. The chia seeds will end up absorbing all of the liquid. Once absorbed place into a Vitamix or Blender and blend until smooth. You may need to add a bit of water to improve the quality of the smoothness – do it gradually until desired smoothness is accomplished. * For a Protein Boost and some extra chocolate add in a hefty scoop of P4 Chocolate Brownie Protein Powder, and…..For extra sweetness puree some berries and mix it in with a swirl!
