Ezekiel Bread or wrap
Organic Raw Nut Butter (almond, cashew, pecan, etc.)
Honey or a Mashed-Up Banana (for an extra immune booster use Manuka Honey)
Blend all ingredients together and spread on as a sandwich or wrap. ” Who said anyone needs to settle for a boring P&J sandwich!”, this one carries a nutritional punch and is just as yummy.
