Spicy Almond Breakfast Delight


Here's what you'll need

2 Cups of Adita's Nut Mix

1 Cup unsweetened shredded Coconut

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon cardamon

1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Raw Almond Butter

1/4 Cup unsweetened Apple Sauce

6 Dates

1/2 Cup dried Goji Berries

Make it

Line your muffin pan with paper liners and set to the side

In a bowl combine Adita's Nut Mix, cinnamon, ginger, cardamon, and salt - mix well. Next add in the Goji berries and coconut. Puree the dates in a food processor or blender and add them to the mix

In a sauce pan over low heat melt down the almond butter and apple sauce. Mix well, remove from the heat, and add to the above ingredients. Make sure that the mixture is well combined.

Place the mixture into the paper liners making sure that it is packed well to create tight clusters. Freeze until firm for about 45 minutes. Store your treats in the fridge in an airtight container or leave them in the freezer.
