Tabbouleh Salad with Quinoa


Here's what you'll need

5 medium sized Tomatoes chopped

2 bunches of Parsley finely chopped

1/4 Cup Green Onion chopped

1 Cup Cucumber chopped

1/2 Tablespoon finely chopped Fresh Garlic

2 Cups cooked Quinoa

3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt

Olive Oil to taste

Make it

Toss everything together and serve. This dish stays great in the fridge for up to 4 days
