Hummus and Avocado Wrap


Here's what you'll need

1 Large Collard Green Leaf (this is your wrap)

¼ Avocado

3 Tbsp. Hemp Hummus

2 Slices of Tomato

½ Cup Organic Spinach Leaves

1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts

Make it

Place Collard Green on a plate. Spread Hummus on the leaf and layer the rest of the ingredients on top.

Roll tightly, secure with toothpicks and cut in half to serve.
