Vegetarian Almond Pancakes



Here's what you'll need (one serving)

1 Cup Organic Almond Flour

1 Scoop Plant Based Protein Powder - vanilla (My favorite comes from mybodysymphony.com)

2 tsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Salt

1 ¼ Cup Organic Nut Milk (Almond or Hemp) or enough to give it the consistency of batter

1 Tbsp. Organic Maple Syrup

½ tsp. vanilla

Make it

Place the Almond Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt in a medium bowl, and mix well. Pour in the Nut Milk, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla, and mix until smooth. Heat the pan on medium and pour on batter when ready OR use waffle maker.

Syrup:

5 Strawberries - Place in high speed blender and pour on top of the pancakes, YUM!!!
