BarBQ Chicken and Black Bean Burrito

Here's what you'll need (one serving)

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 oz. Skinless Boneless Organic Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces (5 oz. for men)

2 Slices of Onion, finely chopped

1 Clove of Garlic, minced

2 Tbsp. Organic Barbecue Sauce ( be sure to read the ingredients, all ingredients need to be identifiable! )

½ Cup Organic Black Beans, rinsed and drained

Celtic Sea Salt to taste

1 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Tortilla

**Serve with sliced avocado or guacamole for an extra bit of YUM!

Make it

Heat Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add Chicken, Onion, and Garlic. Cook for 8 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked, stirring constantly.

Stir in Barbecue Sauce and Beans with a dash of Salt, cook 5 more minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Splash some water on the Tortilla and place in the oven until warm and soft. Spoon about ½ cup chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla, roll up, and Enjoy!
