Here's what you'll need
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Blueberries
1/4 Cup Blackberries
1 Ripe Pear
2 Leaves with Stalk Removed of Collard Greens
Blended up until smooth – I recommend a Vitamix or high speed blender for the ultimate smoothieness without overheating your smoothie. If you want to add in some protein try Infinity Greens – It has no distinctive taste and will add in tons of nutrients without disrupting the taste.
