Here's what you'll need
1 cup of Garbanzo Beans
1 clove of Garlic
1 T of Hemp Seeds
1 T of Tahini (pureed sesame seeds)
Pinch of Salt
2-3 T Olive Oils
And a Splash of Water
½ t Fresh Lemon Juice
Start by blending the garlic in a Vitamix or blender, then add in the hemp seeds with a splash of water. Next the garbanzo beans, olive oil, tahini, salt and lemon juice. Blend until smooth – add water or additional olive oil if needed for smoothness.
Remember, Hummus is great as a dip but it also works amazingly as a spread on a sandwich, a side for a salad, or try my Hummus Pizza as a yummy snack!
