Here's what you'll need
3 cups Acorn Squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
1 T Olive Oil
1 small Onion, peeled, chopped
1/2 Garlic clove, peeled
2 cups Bone Broth
1/2 large Apple, quartered, seeded
1/4 t dried Thyme
1/8 t salt
Steam squash in a steamer. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until onion is clear and tender. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Blend all ingredients using a VitaMix or blender until smooth.
