Here's what you'll need
1 Cup Hemp, Almond, or Coconut Milk
1 handful of Spinach or Kale
1 Cup Mixed Fresh Berries
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tablespoon Adita's Nut Mix
1 Tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut
Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and Enjoy!
