DIY Sports Drink

 

Sports drinks are all over the supermarket shelves, but how good are they for you?  Most of them are filled with processed sugars, food colorings, and synthetically derived nutrients.

 

Ideally we bring in nutrients that are derived from their source...foods.

 

Here's what you'll need

1/2 Quart of Filtered Water

1/2 Cup Freshly Squeezed OJ

1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

1/4 tsp Kelp

1/4 tsp Baking Soda (aluminum free)

1/2 Tbsp. Raw Honey

 

Make it

Blend in a high speed blender and keep in a pitcher in the refrigerator for up to three days.
