Quinoa is a grain but it also holds a special place on your dish because it is a complete protein.  Mixing it up with your favorite veggies brings in tons of nutrition and energy that will last you throughout the day!

 

Here's what you'll need

 

Cooked Quinoa
Japanese Peppers

Yellow Bell Pepper
Sun Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil
White Beans
Baby Tomatoes
Cold Pressed Olive Oil
Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt

 

Make it

Mix your ingredients together. Play with your flavors and create the right amounts of each ingredient to tantalize your taste buds, Enjoy!
