Refresh with a Smoothie or Liquid Elixir

The ultimate beverage will sooth your thirst and nourish the body.  A smoothies can do this and add in quite a bit of additional nutrients, and some protein as well.  Other liquid elixirs will nourish and replenish needed vitamins and minerals, all for great health and energy.

PS - Don't forget to freeze that extra smoothie for a yummy fruit pop as well!
